Had breakfast. I ordered a vegetable omelette. About 3 hours later, had severe vomiting, diarrhea, cramps, fever, chills, muscle pain, etc. It’s been 4 hours since symptoms began and no end in sight. Just ate the you pick two, a chicken sandwich with avocado and the Thai salad with chicken... As soon as l left the restaurant I felt I'll, my stomach began to cramp severely and the nausea began followed by vomiting. Never again.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

About an hour, hour n 1/2 after eating a 2 combo chili dog my boyfriend got stomach cramps then watered diarrhea, almost threw up but didnt. I ate the chili cheese fries, so it wasnt the chili or fries as we both ate that. It was the Hotdog he ate that I didnt.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
