Ate a classic Italian sandwich  I are 1/2 on Monday and the other on Tuesday night. As soon as I finished the 1/2 sandwich, I immediately got nauseated. It happened on Tuesday 5/4  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
