I got off work late last night and ordered a chicken spicy jack quesadilla and a couple tacos. I felt queasy going to bed and when I woke up I definitely had food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ordered a grilled stuft steak burrito and 2 crunchy cheese gorditas. I was only able to finish half of the burrito and one taco. The texture of the steak in the burrito seemed different from what I would have normally expected from this burrito that I had ordered many times before.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Yesterday at 11 am I ordered a mocha frappe from McDonald's and got severe diarrhea within an hour, didn't eat anything before after until 6pm last night. I am currently on antibiotics and still feel sick but better.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
