Daughter 10 woke up and at night and vomited. It occurred each time we cooked the Costco ground Turkey which comes in a two pack. She never gets sick that like. First time I wa sick as well with nausea and dizziness.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Dizziness

Reason: Plumbing issue. Inspectors also noted improper temperatures for cooling food or keeping it warm enough in the holding areas, according to reports. Those issues were resolved, and the restaurant reopened with an "A" grade on Oct. 5.
