4/6 Very dirty, got sick right after eating the pizza. This place needs to be shutdown, the employees look like just got dropped off by a bus from the county jail. Disgusting, how does the cdc or inspection not go hear  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Been throwing up for the past 3 hours. Ate the doughnuts this morning at 1 pm got sick around 7 pm. Just I got sick. I got home ate the doughnuts took and nap and woke up very hot/ feverish my stomach hurt a lot and I started throwing up  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

Cheese Raviolis with Meat sauce, We ordered To Go and got our meals a lot earlier than they told us it would be ready. Got home and enjoyed the food. Cockroach infestation. Inspector saw live roaches in a storage cabinet for pots and pans, under heating lamps at the prep area and in some sewage on the floor due to a clogged disposal system. Many dead roaches were also seen in several areas.
