I ate the brocoli slaw & kale salad with white chicken meat for lunch. After a couple of hours I started to have mild abdominal cramps. I visited the Fair and ate a corn dog from one of the vendors. Within 30 minutes of eating the corn dog, I developed bad stomach cramps and diarrhea. I had to go home because the cramping and diarhea became severe.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

Went to California Pizza Kitchen. Ordered a Strawberry Lime Margarita, Sedona Tortilla Soup, and Mushroom/Spinach Pizza. 30 minutes after I ate I threw up, and then threw up again 30 minutes after that, I had eaten by myself. Threw up 30 minutes after my meal  | Symptoms: Vomiting
