I ate a 4 piece tender combo around 5 and I thought nothing at it. Then I started having diarrhea but I thought it was something else so around 8:30 I felt like throwing up. So I rush to the toilet and down goes my meal  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Gave me major diarrhea and felt like I needed to vomit and had heartburn all thru the night.
Ordered Carne Asada Nachos with nacho/cotija cheese with onions and cilantro. with a pineapple drink.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Heartburn
