I purchased a bacon ranch salad with crispy chicken on Tuesday 7/10. A couple hours after I consumed the salad I experienced explosive diarrhea, sharp abdominal pain and ended up in urgent care getting fluids from an IV  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I ordered a mexican pizza, I put mild sauce on it, and I drank a baja blast freeze at around 11pm on July 12th, 2018. I woke up around 2:30am and that’s when I threw up for the first time.
