Last night and today Crab legs from a local Costco

Ordered Taco Bell 6:30pm tomatoes on crunchy Gordita tasted a little bitter. 12am had bad gas and stomach issues. Shivering and unable to get warm. Just before 1am vomiting started followed by diarrhea. As of 3am vomiting is still going strong.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Gas, Shaking
