Woke on 9/18 with severe stomach pain
Lasted all day 9/18
Severe diahrrea, mostly liquid, nausea, fever.
Today is 9/20 and I can still barely function.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Stomach Pain

After eating at this chain On Wednesday I came down with chills and fever of 102.5 by Thursday. I could not work. I since have had abdominal cramping and diahareha for three days and cannot eat. A friend also visited this same chain last week and has had violent diahareha.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Stomach Pain

Went in at 11:30 pm, ordered the 2 for $20 with chicken strips, wings and the cheeseburger. Only ate the cheeseburger and started vomiting around 2:30 am through 10 am  | Symptoms: Vomiting
