I had the salad bar and the rib eye meal. It did not tast so good and it was cold. I do not complain about my meals in restaurants for obvious reasons. 2 to 3 hours later I was horribly ill 30 hours later I am still sick and fighting through it.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

I ate a Filet a Fish sandwich value meal with a Coke. Sized medium.
I went to McDonalds yesterday around 7 pm. Symptoms started at 9:00 with severe stomach pain and nausea, and today explosive diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
