June 2,2018 my son and I ordered the same thing from chili's in crystal river Florida. I ate about half of the ribs before I noticed they were pinkish on the inside.
We both got severe stomach pains shortly after and diarrhea most of the following day. I called the manager and let him know  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

Ate supreme burrito, felt naseuous an hour later. 36 minutes into work developed stomach pain. 45 minutes into work vomited in break room sink. Came home and vomited three more times. Checked temperature and had 100 degree fever.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Ate a Triple Thick Brown Sugar Bacon BLT around 9pm. Woke up 4am with chills, headache. Vomitting and diarrhea began and lasted until 3pm. AWFUL. Never eating there or any other Arby's again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills
