I had a large bowl and spent the night in a hospital from a stomach bug. Was the only thing i ate all day, doctor and nurses told me it was likely from uncleanliness. Emailed corporate and never heard back  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

ordered a spicy chicken sandwich on 8/3/2017 around 8 pm, had a great day up to that point with a great workout by 11 pm i had diarrhea while holding a waste basket throwing up, never going there again  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate the chicken bowl with rice and fajitas and about 6 or 7 hours later I began diarrhea and vomiting for about 9 hours straight with a fever  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
