Salad there. My wife did not eat the salad. We both ate the spaghetti. She did not get sick. I am the only person. I missed a whole day of my vacation because of it. I passed out at the hotel. They called an ambulance. The paramedic confirmed it was food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I had a grilled chicken sandwich meal with a gluten free bun. Two hours later when I got home I started having diarrhea, vomiting and I passed out. I have now been at the hospital for two days for these on going issues.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Not sure  My family and I went to universal studios and ate there for dinner. My son and I were the only ones who had the seafood Mac n cheese.
