Had beef tacos on Tues night, within 6 hrs severe vomiting, diarrhea, fever & chills. Lasted 24 hrs, then weak but better after about 20 hours of sleep.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Chills

I ate gumbo and Shrimp Pontchartrain. Drunk water. The only other food I ate all day was in the morning at Dunkin’ Donuts. I was vomiting after 3-4 hours of the dinner and then all night discomfort gone thru rest of the day in bed.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate here around 12 PM Saturday September 29th, 2017. Later that night I started to feel sick in my stomach. The next morning I woke up to vomiting and diarrhea. Monday morning I was vomiting bile and stomach acid. I was out of work for 2 days and miss classes in the evening.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Bile

Normal story, went for lunch, around noon, by 4-5 starting feeling grumbling. By 5-6 throwing up and fever. It's now 10 hours later with no end in sight.
