I ate gumbo and Shrimp Pontchartrain. Drunk water. The only other food I ate all day was in the morning at Dunkin’ Donuts. I was vomiting after 3-4 hours of the dinner and then all night discomfort gone thru rest of the day in bed.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate here around 12 PM Saturday September 29th, 2017. Later that night I started to feel sick in my stomach. The next morning I woke up to vomiting and diarrhea.
