I ate a "6 bowl" with greens and extra chicken. Within a few hours I experienced nauseau and an upset stomach. I didn't sleep at all- I just laid on the bathroom floor, hoping to feel better. I threw up, had diarrhea, and severe stomach cramps. I'm still ill this morning. Thanks for your time.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Purchased 2 sandwiches (1) turkey provolone and (1) chicken wrap at approx 12noon April 11th 2016. Ate the sandwiches around 2pm in flight. Woke around 1AM with vomiting followed by diarrhea, chills.
