Additional information: I suspected my headache was caused by something injected. But the only new thing I’ve even consuming was just that i purchased from here Monday afternoon.

I had a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch with lactose free milk last night and about 3 hrs later I started having severe stomach pains and I am still very nauseous but not able to use the restroom. I had a muscle punch and in the middle of the night I woke up with bad gas and cramps. 2 hrs after that it got worse and I had diarrhea. I did notice my smoothie was extra sweet but I kept drinking it. Now I wish I never did. Ugh 😩  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Gas
