Ordered 6 piece chicken fingers with zax sauce. Ate full meal and within 2 minutes was dry heaving out my car. Noticed after that the zax sauce lid had residual glue still on it.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

I ate crawfish and shrimp mixed in there special with spicy level: hot. I believe it started while I was actually eating the food; when the food was almost gone. My stomach was hurting and so was my head. It was as if I hadn’t eaten anything… See more

After eating a French fry ?, The frys appeared to be under cooked and greasy. I ate 1 or 2 before I began to feel dizzy and like I was going to faint. I later down for a few minutes and ate the side salad ? I ordered and drank some water and felt better  | Symptoms: Dizziness

At around 3:30 PM, at drivethru I ordered a brisket sandwich with potato salad and a sweet tea combo. I ordered coconut cream pie for dessert. I was awakened around 4:30 am with stomach cramps and nausea and vomiting. This was my only meal for the day, so no other food was eaten.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
