1/6/23, The pastrami was spoiled. My mother also had an Italian sub that she took a bite out of and said there was something wrong with the sub. When further examination, it appeared that her meat on her sub was rancid. She had gotten a really bad stomach pain followed by diareah.  | Symptoms: Stomach Pain, Diarrhea
