The food at vons bbq, I would eat there everyday and noticed that some of the food there was old , some was not cooked right , and it was after 2 days i noticed it was the food making me sick  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

Eating out, I ate dinner and then about 40 minutes later I started feeling very sick. My stomach started hurting really bad and I got a headache. I started having urgent diarrhea. I have also felt very nauseous and like I am going to vomit.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache

Saturday 3/16/19 @ 6:45 pm Chick fil a reg. sandwich no pickles, waffle fries, small FROZEN COFFEE. 2 hours later I had stomach pains, went to the bathroom where I sat for 30 minutes with diarrhea. I thought I was going to vomit but didn't.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
