Additional information: drank bottled cream soda less than 30 min later my upper stomach area hurts, also heartburn, cramps, and headache

I have food poisoning from a restaurant after eating their chicken on 7/27/2023 , I have been into the ER and after analyzing samples , campylobacter bacteria was found.
