Barbacoa Bowl Causes Illness

My husband ordered Barbcoa bowl with rice, pinto beans, cheese, sour cream, lettuce and mild source for lunch on 2/16/2020. He started headaches from 6pm and felt chill with nauseas from 6:30pm. He vomited all what he ate and had to go to bed after that.

After eating a chicken bowl, guacamole and chips, the horrible stomach cramps started. My stomach bloated out to where I couldn't even breathe. Fever and sweat started running down my face and back. Cramps became more severe and I ended up puking while sitting on the toilet.…
