Amy’s country chedder bowl. Felt nauseous within hour of eating the food, sick throughout day, vomiting in evening. Nothing relieved it otc meds, sprite…. Felt better after the vomiting. Felt faint and warm various times throughout day.
Earlier in June 2021 and today 7/12/21  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea

Ate at the buffet i had a few crab legs they tasted old then I had some sushi that tasted ok and I also ate some of the tomato cucumber salad and it tasted old. I finally gave up trying new items as most tasted old and I left.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other
