possibly the sausage pizza  3 young 21 year old healthy boys ordered the pan half sausage half pepperoni pizza.  The boys who ate the pepperoni were fine.  My son ate the sausage and said it tasted “off”

Wednesday June 9 had a 6 inch turkey, coke & chips.
Friday started nausea, Sat. vomiting and diarrhea.
Been sick in bed for 2 days, with more diarrhea
this morning. Could have been the coke machine
or the ice maker.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other
