Eat Tuna roll from Bento Box. 6/22/20. Got horrendously sick. Violent Diarrhea which turned to blood. Went to hospital, admitted immediately. Had one of the most potent bacterial toxins known - Shiga Toxin. Very dangerous. Also got sick last time we went there. Had Nigiri Sake - Salmon.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Bloody Stool
