I ate for a year in on and off and i have ibs the meat woukd not digest and i have irritable bowel syndrome, I believe it gave mr irritable bowel syndrome south madison and west washington st. Both locations  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I cooked a Digiorno frozen pizza. I got the chills a couple hours later. Then started to throw up. Then had horrible watery diarrhea. Not sure what food, but likely from. Tomatoes, bone-in pork chop, pepper, spinach are all candidates, Just noticed stomach cramps, diarrhea, raised heart beat at times, light headed. Nothing life threatening, but it ruined at least a full day thus far  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
