Lunch on Tuesday Feb 12th. Within a couple of hours the vomiting & diarrhea started, lasted for rest of the evening and overnight. Last vomit the next afternoon. Had fried chicken, mashed potatoes, pepperoni pizza  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate Sunday evening, forty minutes to close. It was a chicken tenders box with fries and cheese curds. My dipping sauce was ranch. This morning, I felt horrible and proceeding to puke until my stomach was empty. This would be the second time DQ could be the cause.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
