On Halloween I ordered an Original Double, fries, and iced tea. About four hours later my stomach felt "off." Within an hour I was nauseous and fighting off vomiting. The resy of rhe eveng was spent vomiting and with diarrhea and shivering with fever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever
