Had ribeye steak with loaded Baked potato I ate everything on the plate, by the end of the meal I started feeling sick to my stomach. I woke up the next morning picking up what was left of the baked potato and diarrhea that was pure black.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
