we dined at around 5:00 PM. Around 8:00 PM, I began to experience the first symptoms, including nausea and extreme bloating, although I initially didn't consider them too concerning. Later, at around 10:00 PM, I drove back home, but I felt as if I had spent the evening drinking, even though I had consumed no alcoholic beverages. I went to sleep, but around 2:30 AM, I was suddenly awakened. My initial thought was that I might be experiencing acid reflux, attributing my discomfort to gas. However, within a split second, I realized that I couldn't retain the contents of my stomach. I rushed to the bathroom, but as soon as I stood up, I began vomiting uncontrollably, with some of it ending up on the floor before I reached the toilet. Afterward, I started to feel slightly better, but then I experienced severe diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Bloating, Gas, Acid reflux

My daughter was eating a pepperoni pizza lunchable and was complaining that it tasted weird. When I looked at it I found green mold in the cheese. It was purchased just a few hours and the expiration date isn’t until Sept. 24, 2023  | Symptoms: Something else

My wife developed serious gastritis after having a diet root beer at here on May 10th, leading ultimately to hospitalization. It is not clear if this is the only cause, however this was the only thing she had and she felt sick immediately.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Gas, Vomiting, Loss of Appetite

Yesterday around 5:30 The food had a funny taste to it it was really dry on my burrito had a beefy melt burrito It was strange I paid $7.50 he handed me my drink put my drink down and had the bag ready it was really fast
