Purchased meatballs by Amylu Teriyaki Pineapple chicken meatballs on Aug 3 2024 and consumed 5 meatballs same evening. Package code 09/20/2024 P-8993. 2 of us got ill at 3am until 5am with stomach cramps and diarrhea for an hour. I am reporting and returning priduct.

Tried this new cereal called Three Wishes because it’s gluten free and sounded good. Within a couple hours I was in severe stomach pain, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Lasted several hours. Wasn’t sure it was the cereal at the time but had it again a week later…

Kirkland brand tortilla chips from. I thought it was a fluke or nausea from the chips being too salty and me not drinking enough water but it happened twice. I am feeling sick again today.

I purchased salmon with dill butter at 8 pm and cooked it well done at 9:30 pm. It was the only thing I ate for dinner. At midnight I awoke with severe cramps followed by severe diarrhea.

Flank Steak Illness Alert

Bought some Kirkland Chicken breast, spinach, eggs, whole milk and flank steak from Costco. Prepared in two separate meals, and after eating the flank steak for second meal, I vomited 30 minutes later. This isn’t the first time that I have felt queasy after preparing food brought from Costco.
