Wednesday, January -7th - Took my son through the drive thru at McDonalds and he used his gift card he got for Christmas and ordered a #5 10 chicken nuggets, large fries and a sprite. About 3-4 hours later my 11 year old son vomited from 11:30pm-3:00am;
he ended up dry heaving the last hour and a half every 5 minutes. He dry heaved bile eventually. I knew this was not the flu as he had no other symptoms. I sent a Facebook post out in my town and another mom reached out to me that ordered her son the exact same thing, on the same day and at the same location and he vomited and had horrible diarrhea. I tried emailing McDonalds but no answer so far. I came close to taking him to the ER because his dry heaving was so painful. The next day he was fine except extremely tired, sore and dehydrated. I almost kept some of his vomit but wasn’t sure where I could have even taken it.
