Picked up a broccoli and cheese baked Potato. It looked old as I got to the bottom. It was about 4 hours later severe diarrhea and vomiting. I was definitely running fever had the chills all night.. I still feel horrible!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills

I ordered a bacon biscuit and a hash brown. Within an hour I was feeling sick to my stomach and an hour after that I began vomiting every hour or so. My stomach is empty I can't even drink water. I have never gotten so sick from food and even my niece complained of a stomach ache.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
