Dec. 7, 2023 I ate about 20 Totino’s pizza rolls. Only one of them tasted awful and like chemicals. Even though i immediately spit it out, around 5 minutes later I felt nauseous with a stomach ache and diarrhea. I was about halfway through this bag and this was the only one that tasted like this.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

Ate a bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios at midday Friday. It’s now Monday afternoon and I am still extremely ill with nausea and some vomiting. Up until today I had severe diarrhea every 5-10 minutes. Currently receiving an IV for fluids and nausea medicine.

I went to this chicken salad chick on 12/02/23, i got the jalepeno holly on croissant with cheese, macaroni and a strawberry lemonade. Half an hour later i began to experience extreme nausea + vomiting and a migraine.
