I happens alot but this morning is the worst. Ordered Double Pepperoni Pizza (was all I ate) and have had an upset stomach and diarrhea all morning. Not the first time, but definitely done with Papa Johns as it's clearly EVERY time.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

My boyfriend and I both ate a bacon cheeseburger around 7 pm. Felt fine until we got home. Started to feel nauseous, and it got worse. We both had bad diarrhea. This morning (the morning after) we both have sore muscles and heartburn.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Heartburn

Ate at taco bell. Noticed parts of my soft taco were cold and seemed a bit old. Husband noticed this as well. Still ate them because I was hungry. I got diarrhea and fever. My husband did not. I'm still feeling ill the next morning. Hope it gets better.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever
