After eating chicken tenders for dinner, I shortly became ill. My stomach began cramping and started experiencing abdominal pain. My temperature is raised. I had not eaten anything else other than a home made sandwich before hand for lunch.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Cramps

Was in your restaurant last Wednesday on 9/28 I ate 10 piece nugget and a mcdouble at 1200pm several hours later I had severe Diarrhea stomach pains vomiting and chills. It has been almost 2 weeks and I still do not feel well . Please make sure proper food handling techniques are being conducted .  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Chills

I ordered an 8-count nugget with waffle fries and a sweet tea around 6pm and I felt sick about 8pm this was the only meal I had eaten yesterday,my mom also got sick she had a chicken sandwich with waffle fries and honey mustard with lemons  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Within 2 hours after eating chicken nuggets and a burger I felt nauseous. I went to bed still feeling horrible. Woke up 6 hours later still feeling sick with pain in the upper part of my stomach. I drank a little water and got back into bed.… See more

Ate the steak and arugula sandwich and the broth bowl with chicken dumplings around 7 pm on Saturday night. Woke up nauseous on Sunday and vomiting started around 10. Been unable to keep anything down and it's now Monday pm. Fever broke this afternoon finally.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
