Ate lunch buffet on Monday Jan 15 1115am. Indian buffet.
Left restaurant and around 430pm started vomiting every 15 mins for 3 hours. Had diarrhea also. Had to visit er because of unable to keep down fluids and dehydration.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration
