I got a bowl with black beans extra ground beef extra mild salsa and cheese, got home ate it and immediately got sick up all night with diarrhea and vomiting!! If it doesn't stop soon I will be going to the hospital.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ordered a Steak burrito with seasoned rice black beans lettuce. Shredded cheese, and rock n roll sauce. Ate it around 4 pm on 5/12. 5/13 at 12am I had diarrhea and it is now at 5 o’clock in the morning I’m very nauseous, vomited twice and I have really bad diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
