我在 2018 年 7 月 22 日 11 点 30 分左右买了一个芝士汉堡。当我突然开车回家时，我的胃开始受伤真的很糟糕。而且头晕目眩。我觉得我要呕吐。我把它带回家所需的一切都花了。当我回到家时，我的肚子变得更糟了，一直跑到洗手间。当我咳嗽时我的头真的很痛。

I got a bowl with black beans extra ground beef extra mild salsa and cheese, got home ate it and immediately got sick up all night with diarrhea and vomiting!! If it doesn't stop soon I will be going to the hospital.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I ordered a Steak burrito with seasoned rice black beans lettuce. Shredded cheese, and rock n roll sauce. Ate it around 4 pm on 5/12. 5/13 at 12am I had diarrhea and it is now at 5 o’clock in the morning I’m very nauseous, vomited twice and I have really bad diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
