I got the 8pc chicken nugget with mashed potato and half sprite half fruit punch drink. At around 3am the next morning I woke up with a heavy head and painful stomach aches. I vomited all day as well as had diarrhea. I was nauseas all day, couldn’t keep any liquid down and was barely able to sleep.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
