I had a buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich with lettuce and mayo for lunch on Tuesday August 21 af the waldorf md McDonald’s by the mall. That night I was extremely sick. I ate a vegetarian pizza sub (regular size) at 11:30AM at the Potbelly’s at Arundel Mills in Hanover, MD today. The cold sweat, nausea and Diarrhea symptoms started by 2:30PM with blood in stools. I suspect Salmonella and will be going to ER now!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
