I ate a McDouble, small fry and a Dr. Pepper. 1hr later I was puking my guts up. For 12 hours I would be freezing cold then vomit then sweating bullets then vomit. Terrible nausea. Horrible experience. Never eating this s h i t again!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate the Mac &Cheese and cream spinach. Horrible stomach pains and diarrhea pretty soon after. Diarrhea continued for rest of the day, and into the next. Pain has continued for over 24 hours now. Super uncomfortable and horrible.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

Went to lunch yesterday had a #1 meal with a 10pc nugget on the side. Immediately felt stomach pain after. I returned to work to have diarrhea twice in an hour and other weird stomach feelings throughout the day.
