Ate around 8pm, had foul smelling gas before falling asleep between 11:30-12, woke up at 1a with stomach pains so bad I want to throw up and diahreaa. It's 1:45am and I have work tomorrow. ?  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas, Stomach Pain
