Had a burrito bowl and chips. Chicken and steak with queso and guac. After eating I went to bed and then proceeded to wake up 4 times in the night to throw up and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate a chicken Caesar salad from Domino's on February 26th and got a stomach ache shortly after eating it. Within a few hours I started to get very sick. As of the next morning, I still can't keep any food or water down and have terrible stomach pain.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
