4 of us ate at El Zocolo on Friday night. On Sunday morning 3 of the 4 of us became sick. Two different households. Diarrhea, vomiting, fever. It is exactly the same for the 3 of us. We only met at the restaurant and haven't had any contact leading up to or following dinner.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Headache

Husband ate lemonade Girl Scout cookies and started vomiting and diarrhea within 4 hours. Did not suspect the cookies. My son ate the same cookies 4 days later and with in 3 hours is vomiting. Nobody else in the house is sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
