Went to Chipotle last night about 5:30pm. I got a chicken quesadilla and my husband got a chicken burrito bowl. At midnight I woke up and had diarrhea and vomiting. Woke up just about every hour and had diarrhea and vomiting all night long. My husband has had diarrhea now the next day as well.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

My son had 2 cheese and potato burritos and approx . 11 hours later he was complaining of a stomach ache and then threw up profusely and had diarrhea . He didn't eat anything else that day and now I know why.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
