I had a chicken quesadilla and a soft taco, but I ended up getting the 'dilla replaced because there was a bunch of flaking burnt-on crust that tasted horrible. Woke up this morning with terrible diarrhea, stomach cramps, nausea, and chills.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps, Chills

I had McDonald’s for dinner. I got chicken nuggets and a medium fry. I ate it and nothing else for the rest of the night. Fast forward to 5 am and I have nausea. 30 minutes or less go by and I throw up chunks of nugget.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Me and my friend ate at sonic Sunday night July 1st, 2018. The next morning we woke up having symptoms of diarrhea,nausea, vomiting, and high fever. We both have missed 2 days of work now. We both got food poisoning. We both at the same thing. I recommend not going to sonic.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Dark meat original chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy, and corn. Didn't even make it home and horrific #2 accident all over me and the seat of my car. I'm NEVER going back and will call health department tomorrow.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
