Sent back dirty plates that came with bread. entree plate seemed dirty. ordered the lobster/shrimp/crab cake meal. within an hour of eating, stomach upset, followed by horrible diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I had the almond crusted chicken with rice, fries, and the strawberry salad around 530pm. Woke up at 230 with diarrhea and vomiting and a fever. Had to go to the doctor to get medicine to stop the vomiting so I could fly home that day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
