Had a carry out order at about 1pm, ate a couple slices, put it in the refrigerator, then had some leftovers for dinner, and by about 9:30pm I had many food poison syptons. It was about the only good I ate today.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Had a quarter pounder w/cheese and a mocha frappe. Four hours later cramps started and I broke out in a sweat. Suffered muscle aches, fatigue, explosive diarrhea for over 38 hours. Most symptoms have reduced severity except the diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Ate breakfast buffet on Thursday, June 30th. Four of five family member became ill with food poisoning like symptoms (nauseous, vomitting, diahrea) 15-24 hours later.
